About the role

Seeking a solid Engineer to work across agile and waterfall delivery methodologies to write, debug, maintain and document systems/software.  The role may also be required to deploy solutions into production in a DevOps environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Automation of tasks where feasible
  • Development of code for technology stacks as defined by the Platform Owner ensuring systems/software are compliant, secure and resilient
  • Provision of Platform performance against SLAs and OLA’s with a focus on continuous improvement 
  • Contribute to ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory and company standards, guidelines and policies from a technology perspective


Capabilities & Experience

You will possess technical skills on coding standards, testing and operations of systems.  Skills may include DevOps practices such as continuous integration, automated testing and continuous delivery and/or Testing of software integration.  You will bring a continuous improvement mindset to ensure that issues are understood at a root-cause level and the desire to bring about changes to prevent recurrence. 

  • Knowledge of the following technologies :
    • Node.js, Kafka integration, DynamoDB, Jenkins for deployment, postman
    • Knowledge of Salesforce and Xplan
Robo framework, Python, Selenium

Qualification/s required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science, engineering or other relevant qualification.
