Purpose of the role

The purpose of the Adviser Engagement Associate is to assist with the implementation workflow, the pipeline management of file requests from Advisers, review the associated client listings, and maintain the adviser database for the Review & Remediation program ensuring:

  • Tools and processes are in place for
    • Supporting the Implementation team
    • Integration with pipeline management team
    • Implementation management reporting
    • Adviser database integrity
    • Client listing data reviews
  • Operating within an agreed prioritisation and workflow framework.

Main Focus areas

The Adviser Engagement Associate is responsible for:

  • Owning the e2e Adviser engagement process, looking for ways to continuously improve the Adviser experience
  • Prioritising and managing the workflow for the Implementation team
  • Management information and remediation status updates - reporting on the progress and numbers to senior management and key stakeholders (Advice Licensees, Partnership Managers, Senior Review & Remediation leaders, Implementation Managers)
  • Checking the integrity of client listing data for the Retrieval and Build team to in scope of Review & Remediation Advisers
  • ASIC notice information gathering for requests from Advice Compliance
  • Contributing to eCRM (workflow) design, development, enhancement and reporting
  • Creating open communication channels with key stakeholders so that the pipeline and prioritisation is well understood
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of process owners and key stakeholders
  • Assisting the Implementation Manager with business requirements for Review & Remediation Adviser Portal enhancements
  • Identify and resolve implementation issues identified in the Adviser complaints process
  • Supporting the wider team’s business plan and providing feedback that fosters continuous improvement
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects for the Review & Remediation program of work to achieve results

Role specific capabilities

  • Analytical and advanced excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to influence, understanding of Licensee/Adviser relationships
  • Problem solver
  • Knowledge of advice practice

Experience required

  • Two years experience in an operational or sales support role

Qualification/s required

A financial planning qualification is useful but not mandatory
