HR Data Reporting Analyst – 10 Month Fixed Term contract
About the role
The purpose of the HR Reporting Analyst and or Data Scientist role is to work across the People function creating and using data sources to help explore, define, shape, measure the effectiveness of and value derived through AMP People Systems deployed
More specifically your responsible will included but not limited to:
- Manage and deliver the key insight creation processes, including the quarterly People Insights approach.
- Interpret customer needs into Analytics deliverables, including interpretation of workforce management theory into Scorecards, Analytics Tests and Data Queries.
- Scoping, planning, delivery and communication of Analytics tests that answer specific AMP business questions.
- HR Data Modelling structured to deliver to requirements and align with multiple inputs.
- The collation of data queries in response to queries from People & Culture (P&C) Analytics Customers
With your previous experience in a similar role in Reporting, Analytics or Statistics what we look for in you is:
- University level educated in HR, business or related science subjects
- Experience in database creation / management
- Good statistical knowledge (e.g. correlations, t-tests, multivariate)
- Advanced Excel, experience in SQL
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Ability to translate HR data into insights
- Analytics consulting i.e. communication of complex data
- Data modelling and scenario analysis
- Experience with Visualisation tools e.g Power BI, Tableau etc
To be successful in this opportunity you will be a superb relationship builder, exceptional communicator, problem solver, time manager and organiser. You will also possess workflow and process management skills as well as computer literate and e-savvy
