About the role

The Business System Analyst position is a key technical role which reports to the Platform Support Manager – Digital Workplace. They are accountable for working closely with business partners, technology and project teams to ensure changes are appropriately defined, communicated, and embedded as part of the Employee Digital Experience Transformation Program. More broadly, this specific role is responsible for bridging the business and engineering to define and prioritise solutions to enhance end user experience, improve service operations, establish service management governance and drive awareness and adoption of platform capabilities; Accordingly, the role is expected to maintain advanced understanding of the current state and potential of workplace technologies.


Key Responsibilities

The Digital Workplace Platform team is responsible for delivering seamless employee and client services experiences by constantly thinking about and evolving new ways of working. The team seeks to transform end user experiences and empower employees with technology tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences by pursuing:

  • Native Cloud Ecosystems: Modern, standards-based digital capabilities to empower business agility
  • Secure by Design: Advanced governance foundations to enable business experimentation in safety
  • Operational Excellence: Standardised patterns and automation to support business evolution at velocity
  • Simplification: Right-sized, cost-optimised sourcing and technology ecosystem
  • Experience Driven: Measure experiences and seek employee feedback to prioritise friction remediation
  • Flexibility: Secure access to information and applications anywhere, anytime


Capabilities & Experience

You will need to demonstrate a blend of technical and business knowledge, show experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and technologies and evidence the ability to quickly envision the art of the possible with new technologies and concepts.

Primarily we are looking for someone with 5+ years of deep business systems analyst experience and expertise who wants to proactively drive secured zero friction technology experiences anywhere anytime. You must have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
