About the Role role
As a key technical role, reporting to the Platform Support Manager – Digital Workplace, the Business Systems Analyst is accountable for working closely with business partners, technology and project teams to ensure changes are appropriately defined, communicated, and embedded as part of the Employee Digital Experience Transformation Program. More broadly, this specific role is responsible for bridging the business and engineering to define and prioritise solutions to enhance end user experience, improve service operations, establish service management governance and drive awareness and adoption of platform capabilities; Accordingly, the role is expected to maintain advanced understanding of the current state and potential of workplace technologies.
Capabilities & Experience
- You will need to demonstrate a blend of technical and business knowledge, show experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and technologies and evidence the ability to quickly envision the art of the possible with new technologies and concepts
- Current platform technologies include but not limited to Windows 10, Citrix, AirWatch, M365 E3 + EMS E5, Azure PaaS (Storage, Log Analytics, Sentinel, Automation, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Key Vault).
- Strengths driving awareness and adoption of collaboration, communication, document management and process automation using Office 365 related technologies such as Teams, Planner, SharePoint and Power Platform, along with change management and adoption (e.g. ADKAR) and agile governance (e.g. Scrum ban, Kanban, HCD) will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science, engineering, business or other relevant qualifications/industry experience. Alternatively, has demonstrated experience in similar roles.
