The Real Estate team is responsible for managing AMP Capital’s substantial property business. This includes the investment management of AMP capital’s various property portfolios; the day – to – day management of the office, industrial and shopping centre properties in which AMP Capital invests; and researching new property opportunities.
AMP Capital Shopping Centres (AMPCSC) sits within the Real Estate division of AMP Capital Investors, and provides asset, development, and property management expertise to the shopping centres owned and/ or managed by AMP Capital Investor’s various property funds and private clients. AMPCSC also asset manages AMP’s ownership in five externally managed Westfield shopping centres, protecting and driving asset performance on behalf of the AMP owners.
An exciting role based in the Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Working within the Karrinyup Shopping Centre Management Team, the Brand and Communications Manager is responsible for developing, managing and delivering the asset’s brand, advertising and communications strategy with a focus on driving centre traffic and retail sales.
The role reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with all members of the Asset Marketing team along with key members of the Centre Management Team, including leasing, property management, customer service, retail management and operations.
- 5 years or more experience in a Marketing role
- Proven experience in producing communications strategies and digital project management
- Demonstrated knowledge of new media and relevant digital applications
- Proven strong copywriting skills
- Customer focus
- Ability to interpret consumer research and incorporate into marketing activities
