The AMP Capital P&C team provides advice, tools and support to leaders to help them maximise the productivity and impact of our people in delivering sustainable results that make us proud of what we do. As part of that we are seeking a Manager, Employee Experience & Development to join the team.
The Manager, Employee Experience & Development will be responsible for delivering and managing the program of work that underpins the AMP Capital employee experience and develops the global capabilities we need to deliver both short and long term outcomes to clients, employees and shareholders. This is a very important role for the business and will straddle both designing and implementing initiatives so a strategic mindset coupled with the ability to “get things done” is imperative.
The ideal candidate will have some Learning and Development, Culture and/or Organisational Development experience in an investment management or investment banking environment. You will be ready to take the next step in your career and be confident in working autonomously when needed and as part of a team. You will also have very strong influencing skills and be an excellent communicator.
