About the role
Support our customers with managing transactions on a daily basis, including processing work, taking inbound telephone calls and providing call-back assistance. Be part of a collaborative team where you are encouraged to take ownership of your work and create innovative solutions to problems.
Capabilities & Experience
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, anticipate their needs and create positive experience
- Experience within the finance industry or a call centre environment preferred
- Work collaboratively with others and be able to communicate clearly
- Demonstrate resilience and agility by responding constructively to change, ambiguity and complexity
