The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the properties and maintaining beneficial working relationships with customers and key internal / external stakeholders.
Considerable focus is required to implement the asset strategy and monitor ongoing performance outcomes across income, expenses, leasing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a broad ranging role with areas of responsibility including financial budgeting & reporting, leasing, customer focus initiatives, capital works, EH&S and overseeing operational management of the properties.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in the management of high profile assets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key relationships at senior organisational levels.
- Presentation skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are desired and a current Real Estate Agents licence is preferable
