About the role

The Workplace Superfunction forms part of AMP’s Wealth Solutions and Customer division and is responsible for the delivery of the value proposition to all Workplace Superclients and members; sales of all Workplace Superplans (including Corporate Insurance protection products) and the retention and servicing of all existing Workplace Superplans.

This role sits within the Account Management team who lead the retention and servicing of all existing large Workplace Superplans, including account management, account support and governance.

The AM NSW role is specific to leading the relationship with AMP’s top 20 corporate clients with FUM >$300M. We are looking for someone who has previously worked with high end Super corporate clients.

In this role you will find the best solutions, implementation and ongoing management/oversight for an employer’s fund and the fund’s members, through demonstrated subject matter expertise, deep Corporate Super industry knowledge, plan (employer/member), participants, investments and product knowledge. Your expertise and customer focus will assure retention of the employer and drives growth of:

  • Assets under management
  • Net Cash-flow and

Capabilities & Experience

  • Must be RG146 qualified
  • Working knowledge of the Workplace Super offering including end-to-end processes (including Policy Committee maintenance) and relevant policies (as a minimum)
  • Practical knowledge of Workplace Super plans including defined benefits (as a minimum)
  • Actual consistent delivery of business results meeting both quantitative and qualitative measures
  • Significant knowledge of current and proposed superannuation legislation & industry trends.
