About the Role
The purpose of the role is to act as the primary interface between Charter Financial Planning and its authorised representatives in building profitable and sustainable businesses through delivering advice and business strategies and solutions.
This role is a balance of external / internal facing work. You will work externally with a portfolio of Advisers and Practice Principals to help support and grow their practices by delivering advice and business strategies and solutions. You will have a portfolio between 20-40 practices, varying in size and scale. Internally, you will be actively involved in the implementation of the licensee strategy, balance internal meetings and working with a diverse range of stakeholders and hosting (and attending) licensee-related events and commitments. The role will involve travel from time-to-time.

Skills & experience we’re looking for
- Experience in working with financial planners preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manager, challenge and influence change
- Experience in business consulting & coaching is a must have
- Ability to quickly gain respect with stakeholders & build collaborative relationships
- Understanding of the current work environment preferred
- Experience working in the financial services preferred
- Experience working in a fast pace / changing environment
- CFP/ADFS or a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline preferred
- Must hold a current drivers license and have a motor vehicle
