About the role

As a member of the Customer Service, Payments Out Team, you will be a focal point and specialist in supporting customers of our four investment products who are experiencing financial hardship, working closely with them through the process to withdraw funds from their accounts. 

This role is hugely rewarding and varied and will provide an outstanding customer experience through excellent relationship management and service delivery. We are looking for the kind of person for whom outstanding service comes as standard.
