About the role

This is a 12 Month contract role working with business facing teams, and key stakeholders to ensure relevant inputs and materials are gathered to create a robust framework for the Conflict of Interest regime as well as the Delegations of Authority framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have regulatory compliance knowledge of ASIC’s and APRA’s Conflict of Interest regime as well as the Corporations Act delegations of authority regime.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Strong organisational planning and implementation skills
  • Ability to build, maintain and leverage working relationships

Capabilities & Experience

  • Have regulatory compliance knowledge of ASIC’s and APRA’s Conflict of Interest regime as well as the Corporations Act delegations of authority regime.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Strong organisational planning and implementation skills
  • Flexibility – to work across many issues in support of a small team with a wide compass of responsibilities
