AMP Capital Shopping Centres sits within the Property division of AMP Capital, and provides asset, development, and property management expertise to the shopping centres owned and/ or managed by AMP Capital’s various property funds and private clients. Purpose of the role is to provide a high level of support to the Asset Management and Investment Management teams of AMP Capital Shopping Centres. The successful candidate must be a committed member of this dynamic environment and contribute to its success by providing high quality support and to use initiative to help the team operate effectively and efficiently. Provide general administration support to the Asset Management & Investment Management teams, the National Operations Manager and Capital Works Manager.
- 1-2 years relevant administration experience preferred
- Previous experience providing support to a team of individuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and other IT applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the Retail business would be beneficial
- Self-starter who has a proactive approach and a proven ability to use initiative
