About the role
This role works closely with the Amplify Senior Producer, Amplify Project Manager and Amplify Project Specialist, and is responsible for coordinating Amplify events, with a focus on managing Amplify inbox communications, administration, and supporting the Project Specialist with Amplify ticketing requirements.
The project plan encompasses: sponsorship, ticketing, theming, staging, AV and livestream, creative marketing – for employees and via Vivid Sydney, ticketing for employees, advisers and clients, digital marketing, video and animation production, speaker selection, speaker travel, gamification, a Technology Hackfest and crowdsourcing campaign, media relations, website management, ticket sales.
The event itself includes plenary sessions, deep-dive workshops, shorter TED style talks – all designed to inspire and engage key audiences and achieve outcomes for AMP.
This role is responsible for all aspects of project coordination to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

Skills & experience
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with:
- Demonstrated experience in an Event management/Project Coordinator role
- Intermediate - Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of CVent events platform
- Agency/supplier management (favoured)
- General financial and budget management and business administration
- Conference and speaker experience
