The Quality Advice Network (QAN) is a "centre of excellence", established to support Advisers with best practice operational support, advice templates and guidelines, and to ensure that all adviser support business processing are processed accurately and on time.

The QAN Service Support  Consultant is responsible for providing a high level of effective and confidential detailed administration support to the Head of QAN and the QAN Management team, and operational administrative assistance to the wider team in addition to Adviser and Business Support Services within the QAN Group.

You will be accountable for the smooth operation of the team and working with key stakeholders in activities that provide a range of vital services and delivering great outcomes across the group.  There will never be a dull moment, whether it's coordinating meetings, putting together agendas and meeting packs, composing minutes, arranging travel, organising team events, managing the Budget, or performing operational Adviser processing duties, you will become the go to person and the linchpin of the department.

You will be working with staff and Advisers across locations, so you’ll be adaptable, flexible and possess the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with a professional verbal and written communication style.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work unaided.  You will be highly organised and have strong administrative skills including proficiency in standard office software applications, excellent time management and high attention to detail.
