Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an exceptional Administrator to join our Advice and Sales division based in Auckland on a Fixed Term contract through to December 2017.
Based on reception you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, you will be the go to person and the linchpin of all our teams. You will be part of the Operations team providing support for our 360 Advisers and sales consultants. Your role includes processing adviser submissions, reconciliations and management of our information systems.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with an adaptable and flexible approach to work and be on hand to help out at the last minute. A key part of the role will be to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, so you will be approachable and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a good level of capability in relation to learning new technology systems.
Previous experience in a support role would be advantageous, as well as demonstrated ability to improve processes and look for continuous improvement opportunities.
