The Senior Manager ERM Strategy,
Governance and Reporting is responsible for enabling business management to
optimise return on risk, preventing concentrations of risk and ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements, with a focus on the group enterprise
risk management framework, delivery of the group ERM strategy, risk governance
and reporting to senior management of the AMP Group, and the Life Companies and
AMP Ltd Risk Committees and Boards.
To achieve this purpose, the Senior
Manager ERM Strategy, Governance and reporting will develop, implement and
maintain sound risk strategy, governance and reporting frameworks at the AMP
Group level, and assist where required at a business unit level. The Senior
Manager ERM Strategy, Governance and Reporting will design and implement fit
for purpose risk governance structures, policies and processes, as well as
appropriate risk reports, covering all relevant risk categories (e.g.
Insurance, Market, Strategic, Operational, Credit Risk, etc). In addition, the
Senior Manager ERM Strategy, Governance and Reporting is responsible for delivering
key group ERM strategic projects to improve AMP's and ERM's capacity and
capability to manage risk.
and implementing a comprehensive risk reporting framework to senior management
and the Board Risk Committees across the AMP Group, aimed at enabling
optimisation of return and risk, preventing concentrations of risk and
demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements
trends in risk data to provide insight and make appropriate recommendations for
action- Working with the risk and compliance specialists and the business to
develop appropriate metrics to track business risk exposure and tolerances

Identifying, prioritising and delivering ERM's
understanding of the Australian financial services industry
risk management technical skills across wealth management, insurance, asset
management and banking
leadership skills to take ownership and responsibility for delivery of
objectives, with the ability to influence, challenge, consult and advise senior
stakeholders, whilst maintaining excellent relationships.
Knowledge of and experience with risk
management in the financial industry, from a 'second line of defence'
