This role is the primary support between AMP Licensees and its authorised representatives. You will be assisting advisers to build profitable businesses, acquire and retain clients, manage their risk, and provide exceptional service.

About the role

At its' simplest this role helps advisers build their business, identify risks and solves issues.

You will have strong management support and ongoing training and development opportunities.

As Partnership Manager you will be collaborating with between 30-40 advisers across Adelaide in both face to face and phone based consultations.

You will need to have in-depth conversations with advisers helping them plan for growth, monitor and feed pipelines and guide them in retention strategy.

 Duties

  • Relationship Management: Build collaborative relationships with practice principles
  • Business coaching: Engage advisers to establish simple practice goals
  • Sales Management: Engage practices to utilise customer offers
  • Practice Growth: Succession planning
  • Quality of advice: Provide oversight of practices & advisers in areas of advice standards & compliance

 Skills & experience

  • Previous planner support or development within the financial planning industry
  • Business acumen and financial analysis skills
  • Experience in presenting and identifying selling opportunities for planners
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry regulations & compliance
  • Initiative and problem solving skills
