purpose of this role is to provide consistent superior client service and to
provide high quality support and assistance to Advisers in administering and
delivering client outcomes.
This position is a key member of the
AMP Advice team and is expected to collaborate with the team in achieving the
outcomes of the company by providing a fantastic client service, building and maintaining
external and internal relationships and completing general administration
delivery of quality advice by Advisers (Client Advisers and Private Client
Advisers) and reports to Lead Client Relationship Manager or Client Service
with helping to problem solve where needed
consistent high quality service to both clients and advisers in a busy dynamic
environment and proactively provide support to Client Relationship Managers
& Advisers at all times
Annual Review meetings into advisers diaries prepare correspondence where
necessary. Also, to prepare all documentation accurately and forward to
a detailed understanding of the client database to ensure a highly responsive
service to clients.
to work under pressure alongside good time management and organisational skills
as well as high attention to detail.
understanding and knowledge of the financial services and/or previous
experience in a similar role in the financial services sector is highly
to work effectively with staff to ensure the seamless provision of superior
client service at all times
knowledge of MS Office software
- Proactive team player with strong verbal and
written communication skills
- Previous experience in a corporate reception role highly regarded
