About the role

This is the core team for Adviser Support and is well regarded and supported by the business.

You will receive ongoing training and will develop your skills to ensure you can partner with all AMP Advisers and Licensees.

The position is well suited to Advisers, Para planners or those who have had previous support roles within a planning environment and enjoy the compliance side of the industry.

The team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely look out for each other with a broad range of experience and backgrounds, but with a common goal of providing excellent service always


  • Provide timely advice to Advisers and Licensees
  • Provide policy advice and updates
  • Encourage stakeholder engagement
  • Use a coaching approach to optimise adviser experience

Skills & experience

  • Advanced Diploma or financial services or RG146 preferred
  • Previous Adviser, Para planning, or Adviser support experience
  • Strong focus on compliance and customer outcomes
  • Calm approach and team focus
