About the role

We're looking for a candidate who can engage and support our business in our receptionist/concierge role.  You will create the first impression of AMP Advice and provide exceptional customer service at first interaction and throughout the customer's end-to-end experience, making people feel comfortable and at ease.

As a concierge, you passionately believe financial advice can be done differently … and you want to be part of developing the exciting movement that will make it happen. That movement is the combination of financial planning with life coaching, empowering customers not only with the wisdom to achieve financial independence but also to achieve the goals they have always aspired to.

In addition to conventional receptionist duties, you support customers every time they visit the practice and guide them through their "at home" tasks that are integral to their customer experience, and critical to the success of the AMP Advice experience.

 

Duties

  • Radiate the welcoming and friendly face of the AMP Advice experience.
  • Calmly work with people as they experience AMP Advice processes, ensuring that the customer has all relevant information, templates and tools to support and guide them through the AMP Advice process, that all necessary customer consents are complete. You will make sure that all of this information is available.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and key appointments with the relevant coach and/or adviser, including introduction of customers to the coach
  • Provide administrative support for the day to day running of the business
  • Responding to client enquiries and all other duties as directed\

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role including a measurable and demonstrated track record of excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
  • A high standard of presentation and personal grooming, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential
  • Previous experience as a corporate receptionist, or hotel concierge is highly regarded and a demonstrated track record of excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
  • An understanding of financial planning and the advice process will be an advantage
  • Open to undertaking appropriate education to develop knowledge, as and when required.
